Dan, from start to finish, did everything he could to make us feel like we were his #1 clients. We looked at around 130 houses in two months before we found the house we wanted, and Dan's patience seemed endless.

Dan also knows the Chicago suburbs very well, and knows neighborhoods well. There were a few instances where he steered us away from a potential problem, such as neighborhoods with a poor reputation, proximity to highways, and in one case, close proximity to a prison.

Dan was very helpful in getting us through the home buying process. He answered all of our questions quickly, and made things easy for us to understand. Dan also got us in touch with other people needed in the process, like an attorney, home inspector, and electrician. His contacts proved vital in getting our home purchased.

I would highly recommend Dan to anyone buying a home. His knowledge and expertise proved to be the difference in just buying a house and finding our home.

Dan was able to sell our house within a month which, given the current situation of the housing industry, is quite impressive.

He was very professional, candid in his communications and prompt in his responsiveness. One of the key factors in selecting Dan was his statement that he could sell our house for the best possible price to us. And indeed, he followed through on that!

His use of websites is outstanding. We were able to see on a weekly basis the amount of traffic viewing our property and measure the interest in our property. The feedback we received during this process was most helpful in selling our home.

When we did get an offer, Dan was instrumental in negotiating an acceptable price and we felt our best interests were clearly his priority when representing us during the initial offer/counteroffer activity.

The only regret we have is not bringing him onboard earlier in the sales season.

We think very highly of Dan and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
